Position Description

We are seeking experimental physicists to work on CNT and 2D material device fabrication and characterization. The ideal candidate will participate in optimizing processing flows for CNT and 2D material based electronics and in characterization experiments, including experiments and device fabrication of devices for RF-applications. Suitable candidates should have demonstrated experience in cleanroom fabrication techniques (e-beam lithography, metal deposition etc.) and in magnetotransport experiments and cryogenic instrumentation. Experience in CVD growth of sulfide based TMDC and graphene will also be strongly appreciated.

Position Description

The candidate is expected to participate in and contribute to a major activity of the project focusing on the development, optimization and evaluation of laser spectroscopic methodologies and prototypes for on-site measurements of greenhouse gas emissions in the agricultural sector.
