Dr. Sakellari Ioanna
PostDoctoral Fellow

Dr. Ioanna Sakellari is a Postdoctoral Researcher at the Institute of Electronic Structure and Laser of the Foundation for Research and Technology (IESL-FORTH). She received her PhD in Physics from the University of Crete in 2011 and, soon after, moved as a Postdoctoral Researcher at the Department of Mechanical Engineering at the University of California at Berkeley in USA. Later on, in 2013, she joined the 4th Physics Institute at the University of Stuttgart in Germany, where in 2015 she was awarded a Marie Skłodowska-Curie Individual Fellowship funded under the European program Horizon2020. In 2017, she moved at IESL-FORTH as a Stavros Niarchos Postdoctoral Fellow. Dr. Ioanna Sakellari joined the Ultrafast Laser Micro and Nano Processing Laboratory at IESL since December 2018.
