Our research focuses on investigating a range of light-driven coherent and non-equilibrium quantum systems, from topological, superconducting, and magnetic materials to quantum circuits and perovskite photovoltaic systems. Our goal is to achieve a fundamental understanding of light-matter coherent control and dynamics at the quantum limit, with the ultimate aim of overcoming materials bottlenecks for high coherence quantum devices. Our recent progresses in the coherent control of quantum materials have facilitated interdisciplinary collaborations between communities in quantum materials, nano-optics, non-equilibrium physics, and quantum information science to unlock new possibilities in future quantum technologies.
