The Institute of Electronic Structure and Laser of the Foundation for research and Technology Hellas (IESL -FORTH), in the framework of the project PhotonHub, (Call: H2020-DT-2018-2020, GA 101016665) funded under H2020-EU.2.1.1. - INDUSTRIAL LEADERSHIP - Leadership in enabling and industrial technologies - Information and Communication Technologies (ICT, is seeking to recruit one (1) post-doctoral researcher in Optical Fiber Sensors Technology.
Job description
A position for a Post-doctoral Fellow in Optical Fiber Sensors Technology, with emphasis in the development and characterisation of sensing devices with the use of non-linear photopolymerisation, for the detection of substances in the liquid and gas phase.
Required Qualifications
- BSc on Physics/electrical engineering
- MSc on Photonics
- PhD on Photonics
- Experience on Optical Fiber Sensors
- Experience on non-linear photopolymerisation
- English language
Desirable Qualifications
- Experience on optical fiber sensors for detection of species at the gas and/or liquid phase
