Mr. Mylonakis Mikis
Ph.D. student

Mikis Mylonakis is a PhD student in the laboratory for Biophotonics and Molecular Imaging (LBMI). He was born in Chania, in 1993.  He did his undergraduate studies in Physics at the Department of Physics of the University of Crete (2011-2015) and he continues his studies in the Materials and Science department  from where he received his Master's degree. He has won the “European STEM Teacher Award” in 2019 for the development of an Optical tweezers set up aiming at presenting basic phycics principles in Secondary Education.
