IQUBITS - Integrated Qubits towards Future High-Temperature Silicon Quantum Computing Hardware Technologies [6]

Required Qualifications

  • M.Sc. in Nanoelectronics or related field 
  • Ph.D. in Physics or related field 
  • Temperature dependent (cryogenic and high temp) electrical characterization of materials and devices 
  • Structural (XRD, SEM) characterization of materials 
  • Cleanroom experience-Basic microfabrication 

Desirable Qualifications

Proven success in attracting research funding
