Required Qualifications

• BSc in physical sciences (10%)
• PhD in materials science & technology or physics (10%)
• Significant specialization in Gallium Nitride (GaN) Technology, with publications in refereed journals and established international conferences (20%)
• Strong academic knowledge and professional experience in business development and innovation & technology management (30%)
• Specialization in intellectual property management and business strategy (5%)
• Strong foundations in business & competition intelligence through patent landscape analysis (5%)
• Strong knowledge of the technology transfer process and business negotiations (10%)
• Market analysis, business planning and financial monitoring competences (5%)
• Knowledge of Greek, French and English languages (5%)
