A new generation of optical coherence tomography for heritage science

The imaging and sensing for archaeology, art history and conservation (ISAAC) research group at Nottingham Trent University has been engaged in the development of imaging and sensing instruments, in particular non-invasive imaging instruments in the last 10 years. This talk will give an overview of the current research activities in the group followed by a more in depth presentation on a recently completed large project on the development of next generation optical coherence tomography for cultural heritage.
