We are seeking experimental physicists to work on 2D material CVD, material transfer and characterization. The ideal candidate will participate in optimizing processing flows for 2D material based electronics and in characterization experiments. Suitable candidates should have demonstrated experience in Chemical vapor deposition and ideally sputtering techniques. Knowledge of 2D material and metal oxide physics and material growth will be considered an advantage.
• PhD in Physics (25%)
• Experience in Chemical vapor deposition techniques (35%)
• Experience in materials related measurements (25%)
Experience in Sputtering, experience in 2D material handling (15%)
