We are seeking experimental physicists to work on CNT and 2D material device fabrication and characterization. The ideal candidate will participate in optimizing processing flows for CNT and 2D material based electronics and in characterization experiments, including experiments and device fabrication of devices for RF-applications. Suitable candidates should have demonstrated experience in cleanroom fabrication techniques (e-beam lithography, metal deposition etc.) and in magnetotransport experiments and cryogenic instrumentation. Experience in CVD growth of sulfide based TMDC and graphene will also be strongly appreciated.
• PhD in Physics (25%)
• Experience in 2D materials device fabrication (35%)
• Research experience in 2D materials related measurements (25%)
