Sponsors - Exhibition

"In parallel with the 1-st IS-TCO, an Industrial Exposition is planned to take place on the Symposium Site. The exhibition will be located in the same area with the technical session rooms and scheduled to coincide with the technical program.
For exhibitors related to the Symposium theme this is an excellent opportunity to meet just the right customers and disseminate information effectively to a targeted group of specialists. On the other hand this will be a unique opportunity for the Symposium participants to meet industrialists and equipment suppliers, in a relaxed atmosphere visiting multiple vendors all under one roof.
Exhibition fee includes the allocation of a floor space 2x2 meters with one table; two chairs a poster board of 1x1 meter and 220W electricity supply for the full duration of the Symposium i.e. three days.
The cost is 500 Euros and includes the above plus access of maximum two persons in the symposium reception and all coffee breaks. Alternatively a Company may also choose to be a symposium sponsor by advertising company with a full page in the Symposium book of abstracts or be the host of one of the coffee breaks for the same cost of 500 Euros. Distribution of company leaflets in the Participant’s bag is charged 200 Euros. All charges are subject to +19%VAT.
We have plans for three “Best student contribution” awards, which will cover the student fee and 150 Euros cash for the winners. Sponsoring of the event is open to companies who should address their interest to the Symposium Chair.
Symposium registration is optional and will be charged extra at the nominal rate
Deadline for registration of exhibitors: August 31
List of all participating companies will be published in the conference website by mid September 2006.
