Announcements

Some information about the presentations:

Oral: You could bring your presentation (powerpoint or pdf) in a memory stick or CD and use the notebook provided by the conference, or alternatively you could plug in your own laptop. Wireless internet connection will be available at the conference area.

Poster: The poster areas will be able to accommodate A0 (84cm x 118cm)
posters or smaller.

Computer facilities: A notebook will be available for your oral presentation. Additionally there will be an IT area with two computers that can be used for any last minute changes. This area will be also equipped with wired internet access points as well as wireless. Wireless internet will be available in all the conference areas (not the entire hotel though).

SHUTTLE BUS INFORMATION

There will be a shuttle bus departing at 17:00, 19:30 and 21:30 (on Sunday 22/10) which will transport conference participants from the Heraklio Airport to the Aldemar Knossos Royal hotel. A conference representative will be waiting at the arrivals lounge.
