77.5 kms west of Heraklion airport
and 66.5 kms east of the Chania airport
Accommodation - Reservation
- The hotel of the event is the Aquila Rithymna Beach Hotel, Rethymnon, Crete.
- Accommodation should be booked/reserved before July 15, 2009.
After July 15, 2009, all reservations will be on a request-only basis.
- Accommodation is booked and paid directly with Aquila Hotel, in the Rithymna Hotel (5*).
Your accommodation includes an American Buffet breakfast in the hotel’s main restaurant and the lunch buffet (HB = Half Board - breakfast
and lunch). Please book and pay your deposit before July 15, 2009 to secure preferred room type.

Room Types
- Single Room:€ 95,00 per day (Half Board)
- Double/Twin-share room (two people accommodated in the room):€ 120,00 per day (Half Board).
- Twin-share Room means that two delegates are accommodated in
the room- you may choose your own room-sharing partner, or one can be organized
by the hotel for you, same gender, same nights where possible. Please indicate whether
a double bed or twin-bed room configuration is required
