Presentations
You can submit your Windows based presentations
(Microsoft Office, Adobe PDF) at the Slide Reception desk, preferably
on Sunday, May 6, after 17:00 or at your
earliest convenience (but well before the start of the session
of your presentation). The Slide Reception desk will be open during
the breaks of the conference, across the registration desk in the
main floor of conference center building.
For other formats and O/S or if you are uncertain about compatibility
issues, you can also connect your own portable to the video projection
system immediately prior to your presentation. You will be connecting
to a standard DB15 video plug. Please bring any
specific adapters (video and/or power). |

Shuttle service for May 6th :
The conference shuttle will depart the N. Kazantzakis Heraklion Airport
at 20.00 p.m*. For directions please enquire at our ECAMP Welcome
Desk, in the arrival hall.
Departures will be announced during the conference at the ECAMP secretariat
booth.
*In case your arrival is earlier please consult the Ecamp Welcome
Desk for taxi reservation. |

Poster size should be a maximum of 95 cm wide and a 150
cm high.
Oral and hot topic presenters are expected to display a poster,
in the appropriate session. |
