Within the Computer Science discipline, the students will be offered the possibility to study:

Advanced Image Analysis and Processing, including X-ray images, Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI), and Optical Image analysis. Combination of images from different modalities (SPECT with X-ray Computed Tomography, PET with X-ray CT, PET with MRI, etc.). Basic tools will be image segmentation, alignment and clustering. |

Computer Vision and Robotics such as stereo-vision, multi-dimensional representation and rendering. |

Motion Analysis, Tracking and Time Sequence Analysis, where objects will be followed in space and time with application in Cellular differentiation, growth and kinetics. |
